As a neurofeedback and wellness coach specializing in stress management and emotional regulation for the past eleven years, I have helped hundreds of clients of all ages reduce their high levels of stress and address effectively a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, PTSD, attention deficit, and sleep disturbance.
I am a mindful listener providing a calm, safe, and non-judgmental space for clients to speak openly, explore new ways to improve their well-being, and develop or maintain healthy behaviors in their daily life.
Being on a healing journey myself, I have studied psychology, spirituality, yoga, meditation, mindfulness-based stress reduction and mindfulness-based cognitive therapy interventions. I am happy to share any of these modalities during coaching sessions. I understand how important a healthy lifestyle is for managing any mental health condition and I had to “walk the walk” most of my adult life. My lived experience of mental health has made me even more capable of helping others in a profound and transformative way.

My first neurofeedback session, aka Brain Training, was great yesterday! I was SO RELAXED when I finished the 35-minute session. Not one worry or care in the world crossed my mind. My brain was not racing like it normally does – it’s very calming. Plus, I slept much better last night too – not perfect sleep, but it was definitely an improvement. Yep, I’m definitely going back for more brain training.
For many years, I would wake up every night around 1am and feel wide awake. I would read for about 2 hours before I could get back to sleep. Since my first session, I have been sleeping like a baby. No more reading at odd hours, I just sleep through the night.
I was very impressed with the NeurOptimal® system. My 8-year old son, Jak, had 12 sessions after experiencing anxiety and shyness. The problem was so severe at school that Jak, now in the second grade, lost his appetite in the lunchroom because it was so loud and intimidating for him. Today, he is less anxious, finds it easier to participate in class and is no longer bothered by the cafeteria experience. I am a nurse and I was so impressed by neurofeedback training that I am now having sessions myself.
I suffered from symptoms of anxiety, panic attacks, depression, and anger during very challenging circumstances related to my divorce and child custody. Paired with Frederique’s tremendously compassionate and understanding nature, the fourteen sessions I received gave me solid ground to stand on.
Frederique is kind, professional, and easy for young people and adults to work with and feel at ease.
This year in school has been a lot easier for me. I am able to keep up with my assignments and stay focused in class. My parents have noticed a big difference too!
